Our process is as follows:

We will send you a questionaire via email asking many questions to help us determine what you envision for your new website. 

Once payment is made, and your design start date arrives, we begin implementing a header design based on the answers provided to us by you in the questionaire.  We send you a link to a design proof for the header.  You tell us what you like, what you don't, and we go back to the drawing board, throwing out what you don't like, keeping what you do, and the process begins again.  We do 3 revisions, before incurring additional charges. 

Once you have approved a header, we move on to the layout, background, and overall scheme of the site.  Once again, you are sent a link to a design proof, and once again, we will do 3 revisions.  This proof is only a visual or illustration of what the site design is, it is NOT a working version.   Revisions to the site design after the 3rd proof will typically incur additional fees, unless otherwise agreed, that is why it is extremely important to understand what your vision is of your site, and make every attempt to communicate that with us. We can only design based on the information you give to us.

We send you a link again to the design proof.


We throw away what you don't like, keep what you do, and go back to the drawing board. Once you approve the design proof, the coding of your site begins.

At this time, it is important that you obtain your webhosting, if you have not already done so.
Our preferred webhost is
You will receive 3 emails from most of the approved webhosts we work with. Forward those to us, so we have the information we need to begin uploading the design.

At this point, if there is a balance due, full payment must be made before installation to the webhost.

Once we install to the webhost, we will add 3 test products, categories, and pages to your site.

We will communicate either by phone, email, or instant messenger, and training on the administration system included will begin.

We will train you until you feel comfortable, or up to 30 days after installation to the host. (In most cases, we are always available for questions, regardless of the time past, and will do our utmost to assist you.)

** Please note: If stock images are required or requested to be used in your site, you are responsible for the purchase of those images. Please forward those to us as soon as possible.
