Our process is as follows:
We will send you a questionaire via email asking many questions to help us determine what you envision for your new website. 

Once payment is made, we design a proof, based on the answers you have given us.
This proof is only a visual or illustration of what the site design is, it is NOT a working version. 
Revisions to the site design after the 3rd proof will typically incur additional fees, unless otherwise agreed, that is why it is extremely important to understand what your vision is of your site, and make every attempt to communicate that with us. We can only design based on the information you give to us.
Once you approve the proof, we begin coding the site and upload to one of our approved webhosts.

We will train you until you feel comfortable, or up to 30 days after installation to the host. (In most cases, we are always available for questions, regardless of the time past, and will do our utmost to assist you.)
