Your use of, and purchase of any product from Retroboutiques Web Design constitutes your agreement to our terms of use described below, whether you choose to read them or not.
Payment and Refund Policy
Retroboutiques accepts payment via Paypal or Credit Cards
For projects under 750.00, full payment is required before project design begins. You can make payments if agreed upon to put you into our schedule, but design will not begin until paid in full.
For projects 750.00 and over, payment plans can be set up, we will work in milestones, and payment must be received as planned at completion of each milestone before moving to the next one.
Due to the nature of the products and designs we create and sell, as well as the time spent creating them, we operate on strict NO REFUND policy.
Premade Products
All premade designs are sold as is, with no color change, design changes, font changes, etc. Premades are customized with your business name and tagline or slogan only. Any changes requested to our premades will require an additional fee.
Copyrights and Trademarks.
All designs by Retroboutiques Web Design are subject to Copyright,Trademark, and Intellectual Property rights by Retroboutiques Web Design.
All text, images provided, graphics, and elements used to create your design are owned and copyrighted by Retroboutiques, and may not be sold, altered, or duplicated.
Acceptable Usage
The copyright to all template designs, design elements and coding are retained by Retroboutiques Web Design. No portion of your site, its graphics, etc, may be altered or modified without the prior written consent of Retroboutiques Web Design.
All Retroboutiques Web Design Credit Links must remain in tact, and be visibly displayed on your site.
All designs, templates, graphics, and elements may not be duplicated in print without the prior written consent of Retroboutiques, with the exception of business card templates provided by us purchased in your package.
Retroboutiques Web Design will not be held liable for errors caused by modifications or errors made to our designs, design elements, or coding by you, the client, or a third party . Recoding, or recreating any element of your original site design damaged or altered by modifications by the client or any third party will incur an hourly fee of $30.00 per Hour.
Retroboutiques Web Design reserves the right to correct any errors, be it typographical or otherwise, of products displayed on our site.
